Static control surface for repo config, domains, subscriptions, schedulers, and Google Cloud checks. Pages below are safe to host on Firebase; clipboard actions still generate local shell commands for workstation use.

SDK site: `sdk-tapntrak` in `nfctracker-ardt0003`. Custom domain `sdk.tapntrak.net` is still blocked by Firebase domain ownership association, but the Firebase-hosted URL is deployable now.
